Packages exceeding weight of 1 kg may be subject to additional charges. Our aim is to process orders within 7 working days of order confirmation and credit card authorisation. Your order will be shipped once the payment has been approved, the address has been verified, and the merchandise is in stock (if you have ordered an item ''temporally out of stock on order''). Non UK Europe Mainland: Average delivery is 7 to 12 days from order confirmation. However, this time may be affected by stock availability and/or customs delays. Please note that all overseas orders must be signed for at the time of delivery. We do not take responsibility for any import duties implied by your own country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. Your privacy is important to us and we do not share any information about your order with anyone. However, international deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. All goods are shipped in discrete, plain packaging.
