Refund & ExchangeShe Said is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your goods or you need to exchange for different size you may cancel your order at any time during the cancellation period by providing to us a notice of cancellation by emailing us at webmistress@shesaidboutique.com within seven days from the date of delivery if She Said has supplied goods to you or within seven days from the date She Said sent you the Dispatch Confirmation if She Said has contacted to supply services to you, provided that She Said has not started to provide those services. In order to facilitate the return of your web order you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation Number by emailing us within the cancellation period. This will serve as a notice of cancellation. This number should be included in a return package of cancelled goods on your original invoice and on the return shipping label. Please indicate clearly whether you would like an exchange or a refund. The dispatch note must be included in the package together with the reason for return entered on the dispatch note. If you require replacement please include all the necessary details, such as description, product code, size, colour. Where She Said have supplied goods to you, you must take reasonable care of the goods in your possession pending their return to She Said. She Said will only accept the returned goods in their original packaging with all parts originally supplied, and with any free gifts or promotional items, and which do not exhibit any signs of wear and tear. Any use of the delivered goods beyond that necessary to inspect the goods on delivery will invalidate your right to cancel the contract. You must return the goods to She Said by registered post or similar within five days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays) from the date of the cancellation notice. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to She Said and the risk of damage to the goods in transit. If the goods are damaged in transit She Said reserves the right to refuse a refund and it will be your responsibility to seek compensation from the carrier. Once She Said has received the returned goods and satisfied itself that you have complied with the above conditions we will send you confirmation by e-mail that the return of the goods has been accepted by She Said and we will immediately make a refund of the contract price to your debit or credit card used to purchase the goods. Please note that She Said reserves the right to deduct the cost of any gifts, promotional items, or other items included with your purchase free of charge if not returned at the same time as the goods. Goodwill exchange . Without prejudice to the above provisions, should any product you purchase fail as a result of accidental damage, and within 28 days of purchase, simply return it to us with your proof of purchase or receipt, an explanatory note detailing the damage, and just 50% of the purchase price and we will take responsibility for the 50% balance and send you a new replacement model (or closest available equivalent). |
